Duties include oversight of municipal operations and personnel, public relations, zoning and floodplain administration, code enforcement, ordinance amendments, planning, record-keeping and financial reporting, project management, budget preparation, and partnering with regional planning districts, state agencies, and

nonprofits. The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s degree; relevant experience and certifications preferred.
