We are searching for college students or recent graduates who are passionate about placemaking and fostering vibrant communities particularly through art, economic development, events, marketing, and transportation initiatives. As a member of the 2026-2027 cohort, interns will gain meaningful experience and build professional skills in a fun, innovative, and inclusive environment while working on impactful projects and gaining hands-on experience supporting the BID’s mission to make National Landing a vibrant, urban downtown.  

Marketing & Communications

Help shape the narrative of the community through content creation, storytelling, and leading digital campaigns. Your work will spotlight local businesses, the public realm, and will help strengthen the BID’s identity. 

Operations

Support the behind-the-scenes systems and on-the-ground coordination that keep the district running smoothly. 

Planning & Economic Development

Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the local economy by supporting business outreach, data collection, and research efforts. 

Interns are expected to commit to the full cohort schedule that runs from early September 2026 – mid-May 2027 with a possibility to extend through the summer.


Interns must be current college students or recent graduates from an accredited university.

These are in-person, part-time positions working between 20 and 30 hours per week at $23/ Hour and may include remote work as well as evening and/or weekend meetings and community events. Scheduling is flexible, and the BID will work with the selected candidates to accommodate academic commitments and school schedules. Interns 21 and over also qualify to participate in the BID’s 401k Plan.
