Our collaborative approach to our work is a great opportunity for a senior level community planner to help lead a team of thoughtful, creative planners and to collaborate with our consulting partners. Leverage the resources of our dynamic woman-owned community preservation and planning practice to make a real difference to promote healthy, equitable, and inclusive places.

As Senior Community Planner for Housing and Equity at JM Goldson, your role would be to lead a variety of projects and utilize your expertise to further progressive local policies that address local and regional housing needs, anti-displacement efforts, equity, and inclusion. This would include a lead or supportive roles on local comprehensive plans, community visioning, housing plans, and community preservation plans. You would, with the support of our team, perform research and analysis, write plans and reports, and present complex information to the general public as well as local boards and committees. You would work closely and collaboratively the JM Goldson team, to generate equitable, creative, sustainable solutions for our client communities.
