Pallas Advisors Fellow Position Description

Pallas Advisors is looking for a cohort of Fellows to join an impact-focused national security advisory firm that specializes in assisting emerging technology companies navigate the national security ecosystem. This is a paid part-time, fixed term position (approx. January through May).

Fellowship Position

Fellows at Pallas Advisors will assist in the day-to-day operations of the firm. They will support the team by providing tailored research, developing products for clients, assisting in business development efforts, and completing other tasks as needed. Fellows will gain valuable exposure to consulting, working with cutting-edge technology companies, and the national security and policymaking communities in DC. There will be many opportunities to interact with senior officials and officers in the Department of Defense, State Department, National Security Council, Intelligence Community, and other government agencies and offices, as well as work with leading technology companies, venture capital firms, and non-profit institutions. Additionally, the Fellow will assist with administrative tasks shared by all members of the team.


The ideal candidate is energetic and detail-oriented with a demonstrated interest in national security issues. Candidates should have excellent writing skills and be proficient in drafting information papers and presentations. Knowledge or experience in the defense industry, technology start-ups, early-stage investing, or security and technology policy is welcome, but not required. The application is open to rising seniors, recent graduates and grad students.
